Description

Cha Voyage traveled throughout the country, searching for the teas that best represent Taiwan.

Only tea masters with profound experiences could produce the most authentic Dong Ding Oolong Tea

The making of this tea is the most complicated out of all.

From withering to stirring, oxidizing, rolling, repeatedly mass breaking, drying and mass-rolling, to the delicate roasting process,

it takes almost 20 steps to perfecting Dong Ding Oolong.

The Dong Ding Oolong Tea from Cha Voyage was made with tea cultivars grown on mid-high elevation mountain.

The unique flavor of this tea is attributed to the mountainous natural quality, and the roasting process.

The charcoal roasted Oolong develops a floral aroma, with a mixture of caramel taste, creating a delicate after taste.

Tea Variety: Oolong Tea

Origin: Shanlinxi, Nantou, Taiwan

Tasting Notes: Unique charcoal roasted aroma with floral notes

【Tea Preparation】

  • For the ball-type Oolong to fully unfold its leaves, it is best to brew with boiling water of 100°C
