Payment Terms

1.     Credit Card:

  • For your convenience, we accept Visa/Master Card/JCB
  • After receiving the payment, a notification will be sent to you by email and the order will be processed immediately

 

2.     Bank Transfer:

  • For customers in Taiwan, you can also pay by ATM transaction or through online banking:

  • After the payment, please send an email to service@chavoyage.com To help us speedup with the order process, please note your Invoice number and the last 5 digits of your account
  • Once we have received the payment, we will send a confirmation email and process the order immediately

 


Shipping Terms

For shipment within Taiwan, we offer free shipping on all orders over $1200 NTD.

Delivery services include:

 

1.     Door-to-door delivery (T-cat)

  • Shipping fee $150 NTD
  • After the payment has been made, we will process your order immediately
  • This service is only available in Taiwan, including offshore islands Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu islands
  • Delivery within Taiwan island takes 1-3 working days, for offshore island, shipping time may take up to 7 working days

 

2.     Convenience Store Pickup Service (All 7-11 in Taiwan)

  • Delivery fee $65 NTD
  • After payment has been made, the order will be processed immediately. Delivery to convenience store may take 4-6 working days

Please note that every country has its own customs regulations. Any imposed duty tax on the tea will be paid by the customers.

 

Global shipping may deal with different customs procedures in different countries. For your own convenience and to avoid any failed posting, please help us by double checking that the filled-out information, such as receiving address, telephone numbers are correct

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers may return goods within 7 days upon receipts of products. However, after opening the package,teas may taste stale after a certain period and if stored improperly. Cha Voyage therefore does not accept any refund after the opening of tea packages
  • If there is any defect in the product, or should you have any concerns,please contact us before returning the product

Refund Terms

  • Tea leaves are categorized as food, once the package has been opened and teas have been consumed, we do not accept refunds or exchanges
  • Once we have confirmed the refund, please send the purchased product in its original packaging, including the tea package, shipping box, accessories,giveaways and receipts
  •  When returning, please use the original shipping box or use carton boxes to carefully pack the product. If the product shows signs of damage, such as scratches and dirt stains, we may charge a little extra by deducting the final refund fee

 

Exchange Terms

  • Product can only be exchanged with items of same price value. If exchanging of different priced items is desired, please file a refund process first and make a new purchase
  • The shipping fees occurred during the exchange process will be paid by the customers

 

After receiving the returned products and receipts, we will proceed immediately and contact you regarding preferred refund ways.
